Our commitment to reducing plastic usage is reflected in our packaging, which now ships with zero polystyrene or EPE sheeting.

Rica takes pride in our highly experienced sourcing team, who work closely with over 200 raw-material suppliers every day. This collaboration enables us to consistently deliver top-quality products, sourcing from a diverse range of suppliers that includes both local community-based family businesses and internationally renowned industry leaders.

As an extension of our sourcing operation, we prioritize quality assurance at Rica. Leveraging cutting-edge technology, we assess material quality the precision, while maintaining stringent pre-production control protocols. These include industry-standardized onsite teaching for all materials and comprehensive pre-production assessments with departmental reviews for each product before mass production.

To further reinforce our intensive QA program, we implement a comprehensive two-tiered QC process for every order. Our team of inline QC personnel conducts thorough inspections during production, followed by a 100% pre-packaging inspection for each product. Additionally, another team of QC experts performs full assembly inspection for every SKU, ensuring that every shipment meets international AQL standards.
