Bojana Segic Pantelic, Rica’s lead on-site designer, brings her unique background in architecture and interior design to the forefront, distinguishing herself in both furniture design and the management of client expectations.

An accomplished, passionate and enthusiastic, customer and people focused, senior international Health Safety and Environment Leader with 20+ years transferrable experience in: aerospace, nuclear, marine, construction and utilities sectors. A proven track record of using influencing skills and expertise to coach and support managers and employees at all levels of an organisation to achieve improvements and change programmes, reductions in accidents and claims, improvements in legal compliance and HSE audit results.
